🔧 Scope of Work

✔ Point-of-Use Water Heater Installation
– Installed an energy-efficient MTI electric water heater beneath the sink for instant hot water access critical for hygiene and speed in food prep areas.

✔ Under-Sink Gray Water Pump System
– Integrated a Liberty Pump to ensure effective wastewater removal in tight spaces without relying on gravity drainage.

✔ Custom Water Supply & Drainage Setup
– Built a tailored system with PVC drain lines, stainless steel braided supply hoses, air gaps, and certified backflow prevention to meet all local health and plumbing codes.

✔ Space-Saving Plumbing Execution
– All components were carefully installed in a confined under-counter area to maximize kitchen workflow while maintaining code compliance and sanitary standards.
